Lot Information
- The numeric labels used on the site plan correspond to the approximate street addresses of the individual lots.
- Foothills at Jay offers the discriminating buyer the choose of one of our model homes, a personalized variation thereof, or a home designed by the buyer. Upgrades are provided to our model designs including choice of appliances, deck hot tubs and whirlpools, granite counter tops, etc. The choice of lots for your home may be influenced by the proximity of the Catamount Cross Country Ski Trail, desired proximity to the future amenities planned in the Jay Village or a desire to be near open country. There is a good choice at this good.
- Foothills at Jay offers lot sizes from one to six acres with municipal sewer, electricity, telephone connections and town standard gravel roads.
- Our 2005 building schedule is limited. We have several contracts currently being negotiated for summer building. A few additional houses can be completed for the home of your choice for use next ski season. Of course we will be offering several contracts for homes to be built in 2006.

The Foothills At Jay entrance, Green Mountain Drive, is on the outskirts of Jay Village, approximately 0.4 miles past the Jay Country Store on the left. Watch for signs. Driving directions to Jay, Vermont are available here.
