Lot Changes
The lot configuration in the Foothills site plan has been recently modified to provide for more uniform lots and better use of the landscape. Expect another group of larger lots to come online within a year, many providing views of the mountain range.

Saturday, August 14, 2010, 3rd Annual Jay Summer Fest.
Sunday, September 12, 2010, 3rd Annual Town of Jay Benefit Golf Tournament.
Jay Peak Resort Expansion
Jay Peak Resort is in the process of building a new hotel to replace their existing hotel. Next year, work will start on a new golf clubhouse, a skating rink, and an indoor water facility.
